DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

We take great care to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.

However, if an item is damaged or faulty, please email sales@ameliadanielscandles.com with photographic evidence of the damage so that we can dispute this with the courier service used for your order.

Once we are aware an item has arrived damaged we will send a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

 

If a return is needed will pay the cost of the return postage. Upon contact we provide instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Amelia Daniels Candles has a 7 day cancel policy following the day on which you received your order. If you wish to cancel or return your order please email us at sales@ameliadanielscandles.com with details of your cancellation.

If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address we will provide. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition.

We will not refund any postage costs incurred. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage as you will be responsible for the items until we receive them.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).

Unfortunately, some of our candles are non-cancellable and non-refundable. This includes any candle that is made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
